Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and GraphSeam LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), and govern your use of GraphSeam, the website and the data and analysis it provides (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your login or let others use your access.
- Keep your password secure and your email address current: it is how we reach you about your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Personal use only
Access is sold for your own personal use, at the prices shown in the shop. You may use what you see to inform your own research and investment decisions. Without a separate written agreement with us, you may not:
- use the service on behalf of a business, fund or other organisation, or for clients;
- copy, republish, redistribute, resell or sublicense the data or analysis, in whole or in substantial part;
- use the data to build or train a competing product, database or model.
Quoting an occasional figure with credit to GraphSeam is fine.
Automated access and scraping
Accessing the service with bots, scrapers, crawlers or scripts, or downloading data in bulk, is not allowed. We monitor usage patterns, and accounts that show signs of automated access will be suspended. A suspended account stays suspended until its owner has agreed an API or data licence with us. If you need data in volume, or programmatically, write to [email protected] and we will discuss terms.
Credits, prices and payment
- You pay by topping up your account balance, through Stripe, and use the balance to buy access in the shop: per market or for all markets, for the period stated there.
- All payments are final. Top-ups and purchases are not refunded, and a balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash. Top up only what you intend to use: to try the service, add just enough for one market for one month.
- We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a period you have already bought.
- Some data is shown free of charge, delayed or limited. What is free can change.
Not investment advice
The service provides information, not advice. Nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and nothing on it takes account of your circumstances. Make your own decisions, and consult a qualified adviser if you need one. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their results.
Accuracy of the data
Our data comes from public regulatory filings, exchanges, podcasts and other public sources, and some of it is processed or summarised automatically, including by artificial intelligence. Despite our care, it may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and sources can correct or withdraw what they published. Check anything important against the original filing before relying on it.
Intellectual property
Public filings and the works of third parties, such as podcasts, belong to their owners. The selection, analysis, scores, design and software of the service are ours and are protected by copyright and database rights. Your access gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms, nothing more.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to get around its access controls, probe or attack its security, or interfere with other users' use of it.
Sign-in with other services
If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to your Google account. We receive only the details described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, markets and data sources. If we discontinue a market you have bought before your period ends, we will credit the unused part to your balance.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where the breach is not serious, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for trading or investment losses of any kind, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any dispute is for the courts of Delaware, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring it where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date, and we will email you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
