Argo Defence Group AB (publ) (“Argo Defence” or “the Company”) announces that Nordic Growth Market NGM AB (“NGM”), where the Company’s share is currently listed, has applied for a dual listing of Argo Defence Group’s share on Boerse Stuttgart. The first day of trading is expected to be 18 November 2026.

The application is made under NGM Reach, which makes shares with a primary listing on NGM available to German and other European investors through a dual listing on Boerse Stuttgart. Boerse Stuttgart Group is one of Europe’s leading exchange groups and an established marketplace for Nordic growth companies.

“Listing on Boerse Stuttgart gives us direct access to German investors and a natural entry point to customers and partners in the German defence industry,” says Marcus Selme, Group CEO of Argo Defence Group.

The dual listing aims to broaden the Company’s shareholder base and increase trading in the share through access to German and European investors. It is also expected to strengthen Argo Defence’s position in international defence collaborations.

The dual listing will not entail any significant costs for Argo Defence Group.

Argo Defence Group AB (publ) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Disarmament Solutions Ukraine, has been awarded a contract for specialised defence technology with a value of 17 MSEK. Deliveries to Ukrainian end-users are scheduled to take place during 2026 and 2027.

In view of confidentiality and the prevailing security situation, no further information about the customer or the specific contents of the contract will be disclosed.

The contract demonstrates that Argo Defence Group’s targeted investment in Ukraine is now delivering results. It is of particular strategic importance, as it represents the company’s first commercial contract within a new business segment in the country. The contract strengthens Disarmament Solutions Ukraine’s position in the Ukrainian market and establishes an important foundation for continued growth within this segment.

“Argo Defence Group’s operations in Ukraine provide us with direct access to a region with high security requirements and significant demand for defence equipment. Our presence gives us a deeper understanding of local needs and market conditions, enabling faster decision-making, tailored solutions and efficient implementation.

We are now seeing how our substantial investments and long-term market development efforts in the country are creating business opportunities that can make a tangible difference to Ukraine’s defence capabilities.” says Marcus Selme, CEO of Argo Defence Group AB.
