Bucharest, 24 June 2026. CTP**, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), is expanding FM Logistic’s facility at CTPark Bucharest by an additional 10,300 sqm, further strengthening the long-term partnership between the two companies. Following the expansion, FM Logistic will operate approximately 116,000 sqm across CTP’s industrial parks in Romania.**

The new space will be developed at CTPark Bucharest, in Dragomirești Vale, where FM Logistic currently occupies a 23,800 sqm facility. Construction is already underway, with delivery scheduled for Q3 2026.

The expansion follows CTP’s sale and lease-back acquisition in 2023 of FM Logistic’s Romanian industrial portfolio, comprising more than 100,000 sqm of warehouse space across Bucharest, Pitești and Timișoara. Since then, CTP has continued to invest in and develop these locations, creating additional growth opportunities for existing tenants.

Andrei Marian, Business Development Director CTP in Romania, explains:

“FM Logistic is a long-standing partner and an excellent example of how our parks are designed to support clients throughout their growth journey. One of the key advantages of the CTPark Network is our ability to offer expansion opportunities within existing locations, including assets that have become part of our portfolio through acquisitions. This flexibility enables our clients to scale efficiently while maintaining operational continuity.”

Pénélope Laigo, Managing Director FM Logistic Romania, states:

“Driven by a proactive development strategy, we are expanding our Dragomiresti site to support our partners and create new market opportunities in industries such as beauty, pharma, and e-commerce, among others, keeping our business outlook optimistic across all sectors. This expansion is a direct response to the increasing demand for high-quality space, and we continue to actively scout for further locations to grow our footprint in the region.”

FM Logistic will use its additional space at CTPark Bucharest to further strengthen its logistics operations in the Bucharest area and support growing customer demand.

Founded in France in 1967, FM Logistic is a leading supply chain solutions provider operating across Europe and serving customers in the FMCG, retail, beauty and cosmetics, industrial manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. The company has been active in Romania since 2003.

CTPark Bucharest benefits from a strategic location in the western part of Bucharest, with direct access to the A1 motorway and excellent connectivity to the capital city and the wider national transport network. The park offers modern, growth-ready industrial and logistics space designed to support both regional distribution and last-mile operations.

Amsterdam, 20 October 2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial real estate by gross lettable area (GLA), has signed a lease with Pepco, a leading European values retailer offering clothing for the whole family, as well as household goods and toys at very attractive prices, for 55,619 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West in Romania.

Pepco will operate a regional distribution centre from the facility, serving the Romanian market and the wider Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Having previously occupied the building through a third-party logistics provider, the retailer has now entered a direct partnership with CTP.

The agreement reinforces CTPark Bucharest West’s position as a strategic logistics hub for regional distribution operations. CTPark Bucharest West is the largest industrial park in continental Europe, with nearly 1.5 million sqm of planned lettable space. Located to the west of Bucharest along the A1 motorway, it provides direct access to Romania’s capital and key transport corridors serving the country and the wider region. The park houses a cluster of retailers, manufacturers and third-party logistics providers serving both domestic and international markets.

Bucharest West is also far more than a logistics park. It is a thriving business ecosystem, with CTP Clubhaus, an on-site community hub providing amenities including a restaurant, supermarket, meeting spaces, outdoor fitness areas and medical services, supporting employee wellbeing and helping occupiers attract and retain staff, and network with each other.

Demand from domestic and multinational firms across Romania and the wider CEE region continues to be supported by supply chain optimisation, growing domestic consumption and ongoing investment by retailers, manufacturers and logistics providers, with CEE economic growth outpacing the broader Eurozone and Western Europe. Reflecting these trends, CTP signed a record 1.8 million sqm of leases across its portfolio in the year-to-date August 2026, demonstrating continued occupier demand and the strength of its long-term customer relationships.

Andrei Marian, Business Development Director CTP Romania, said:

“Pepco choosing CTPark Bucharest West reflects the strategic importance of the location, while the switch over to a long term direct lease structure confirms a strong relationship, which we are grateful for. We have been able to work closely with Pepco to create a solution tailored to their individual operational requirements and to support their distribution network. We are very pleased to continue this journey together and value the confidence they have placed in CTP as a long-term partner.”

The Building is DGNB Gold certified, meeting high sustainability standards. Energy efficiency also plays an important role at the site. CTPark Bremen’s roof is equipped with a photovoltaic system, while heating is provided by an air-source heat pump. Heinrich Hoppe already operates electric trucks and has the corresponding charging facilities at the site.

Sandra Kraus, Leasing Director at CTP Germany, says:

“A key part of our strategy is to provide our tenants with locations where they can grow over the long term. Heinrich Hoppe’s substantial expansion of its space in less than two years is a good example of this. For logistics companies in particular, the availability of suitable space, robust infrastructure and connections to major transport routes are crucial factors. CTPark Bremen brings these requirements together, providing a strong foundation for long-term operations. ”

Martin Delion, Managing Director of Heinrich Hoppe GmbH Spedition + Logistik, adds:

“With this additional lease, we are expanding our space at this location to a total of more than 21,000 sqm, creating ideal conditions for our continued growth. We particularly appreciate the straightforward, swift and collaborative approach to finalising the lease, as well as the rapid handover of the additional space. We would like to thank CTP for the excellent cooperation and look forward to continuing our partnership.”

CTPark Bremen is located at Zum Panrepel 39 in Mahndorf, a district in the east of Bremen, directly adjacent to the Bremer Kreuz motorway interchange. The nearby A27 provides quick access to the A1 and onward connections towards Hamburg, Hanover and Osnabrück. Bremen city centre and Bremen Airport are also easily accessible. The surrounding area, home to established commercial and industrial businesses, together with access to the wider transport network, makes the location particularly attractive to companies in logistics, manufacturing and other commercial sectors.
