Blue Jay Gold Corp. is a Canadian gold exploration company focused on acquiring and exploring mineral properties in the Yukon and Ontario. The company holds the Steller Gold Project in the Yukon, formerly known as the Skukum Project, which is a past-producing gold-silver system with existing infrastructure. In northwestern Ontario, the company holds the Oakes and Duc Gold projects, as well as the Pichette claims and an option to earn interest in the Clist subdomain, collectively referred to as Pichette-Clist. These Ontario assets are located within the Beardmore-Geraldton and Wawa Greenstone Belts. The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Whitehorse Gold (Yukon) Corp., holds the Steller project. Blue Jay Gold was incorporated in 2023 and changed its name from Blue Jay Resources Corp. in 2024. Prior to May 2025, the company was a subsidiary of Riverside Resources Inc. before becoming a non-listed reporting issuer following a spin-out arrangement.
