Aclara Resources Inc. is a vertically integrated heavy rare earth developer focused on the production of magnetic rare earths. The company operates across three main business segments: sustainable mining, rare earths separation, and metals and alloys. Its primary assets include the Carina Project in Brazil and the Penco Module in Chile, both of which are ionic clay deposits developed using the company's patented Circular Mineral Harvesting technology. Aclara produces Mixed Rare Earth Carbonates (MREC) and rare earth oxides. The company is developing a rare earth separation facility in Louisiana, known as Project Dynamo, in partnership with Virginia Tech and Argonne National Laboratory. Downstream, Aclara operates a metals and alloys demonstration plant in a joint venture with CAP S.A. to produce high-purity alloys for permanent magnet manufacturers, particularly for the electric vehicle sector. The company serves the advanced technology sector, including robotics, drones, and electric vehicles, with a focus on providing a geopolitically independent supply chain for critical metals. Aclara was formerly known as 1303714 B.C. Ltd and was incorporated in 2021.
